It is not surprising considering how long we spend on our feet every day that we have the occasional ache and pain. There are so many ailments that can affect our feet and heels such as plantar fasciitis, corns and calluses, athletes' foot, bunions, fallen arches, or just plain old tired and aching feet!
While we spend a lot of our time primping and preening ourselves and making sure that our faces and hair look good, we often woefully neglect the one part of our body that probably takes the most strain.
We consider feet as unattractive and do not give our prized possession the attention that they so rightfully deserve as the workhorse of the body.
Shoes that fit well are a must for everybody and especially if you are in a job where you are on your feet all day. It is tempting to buy the cheaper low quality shoes but they are not as comfortable and don't stretch as they should, leaving your feet pinched and uncomfortable.
Also cheaper, non-leather shoes do not allow your feet to breathe as much which can result in sweatier feet and even infections.
Some people thrive in high heel shoes but others find them uncomfortable and difficult to wear. Never trade in the comfort of your feet for the sake of fashion.
